Shipping Policy
All retail orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Domestic & International. Domestic priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. International priority mail may take up to three weeks to arrive once shipped.
Most items are shipped within 24-72 hours from our Florida location (shipping only occurs on weekdays Mon-Fri).  If an order is not shipped within 5 working days of when the order was placed, you will usually be notified of the expected shipping date.  You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

Return Policy
Unused and unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a full refund or even exchange. The Luxury Barber will provide the purchaser with a shipping label and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return package. To ensure the full value is received be sure to request “tracking”. Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. After returns are received, your return will be processed.
